The firms within the network provide professional services to third party clients, several of which operate through partnerships, in legal form (for example, an LLP) or contractually. In such cases, the partners are liable for the income tax on the partnership profits. These income taxes are not included in the CbyC numbers which only include corporate taxes paid on a firm’s corporate entity profits
