Within just a few years, remote work and hybrid work has gone from an emerging trend to be more or less expected by employees. Employers all over the world now need to navigate through complex compliance areas while addressing flexible mobility requests of employees.

Join our webinar where we will cover concrete examples on how to navigate the new working reality. Powered by the data gathered from our "Global Remote Work Survey" we will share some valuable insights from leaders in Global Mobility, Talent, Reward & Payroll. We will address questions such as:

  • What are the most common challenges with regards to international remote work?
  • What trends do we see? In what situations are companies opening up for remote work in an international context?
  • What are the general risks and considerations that should be addressed when allowing employees to work remotely?
  • How can we set strategies and policies for remote work? We will share five key actions to consider for your organization.

We have also invited Marcus Jönsson, Mobility Leader within HR at Deloitte. Marcus will share examples on how Deloitte as a company enables remote work as well as his views regarding our policy, current challenges and opportunities.

When: 19th April at 9  - 10 am.

Note: The webinar will be hosted in Swedish, but the presentation material will be in English.
