The Risk Maturity Assessment Tool is a strategic diagnostic that evaluates your organisation's risk management effectiveness in under 10 minutes. Through targeted questions, it assesses maturity across eight critical dimensions and delivers a quantified maturity score mapped to one of four maturity levels.

The assessment provides a baseline of your risk posture, identifies gaps, and helps prioritise where to focus resources. Upon completion, you will receive a maturity score, colour-coded risk profile (critical, high, moderate, or low risk), key actions for your maturity level, and 10 discussion questions to guide leadership conversations.
