Sharing your Personal Data

During our business activities and in line with the purposes of the data processing set out in this Privacy Summary, we may transfer data to third parties, when such a transfer is permitted in order for them to process data for us or, their own purposes. In particular our technology partners (Deep Switzerland AG, ServiceNow Switzerland GmbH, Workday Switzerland GmbH, and other sponsors of the event) are data recipients. List of our sponsors will be published during organisation of the event on our webpage, data will be processed according to their general data privacy notices.

We may also share information about you across the Deloitte Network and process data abroad (outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area) and Deloitte had internally entered into an inter-firm agreement with Deloitte network, that relies on the current EU Standard Contractual Clauses to cover off transfers of data from the EU/EEA/UK and Switzerland, as permitted under Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR and in the FADP. If non-Deloitte recipient is located in a country without adequate data protection, we shall contractually oblige the recipient to comply with an adequate level of data protection (e.g. we use the revised standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which can be found here: https://commission.europa.eu/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/standard-contractual-clauses-scc_en - including the supplements required for Switzerland). We can also disclose personal data to a country without adequate data protection if we can rely on an exception for this, e.g. you have given your consent.

Retention of your Data

We process and retain your personal data as long as required for purposes pursued with the processing, i.e. for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, during the event and services until it is terminated) as well as beyond this duration in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations. If data are within this purpose, we aim to keep it for a period of 5 years, reviewed every 6 months, and updated or deleted as needed.
