VAT considerations for Pillar II discussions: We will share the teams' experiences from client projects & discussion on the VAT impact respectively consequences of Pillar II structuring. In particular we will supplement our presentation with case studies.
VAT & Transfer Pricing: We will present how VAT and Transfer Pricing can be aligned. Based on a number of real live examples we will illustrate how inconsistencies between VAT & Transfer Pricing can impact the VAT position and what can be done to align the two.
