Work reorganisation at children’s hospital
In the “Re-Architecting Work” project, the nurse professionals played a central role in redesigning the work processes. Research was carried out into how people and technology can synergise better to optimally support nurse professionals in the future work processes through the use of data and technology.
Care of tomorrow at University Hospital
The “Care of Tomorrow” programme started in 2022 to answer the increasing demand for care, tight labour markets and pressure on the affordability and accessibility of care. The programme was launched with the aim of making processes future-proof. The new design is based on the principles “people-oriented”, “digital unless” and “unified and modular process”.
