Fostering Pay Equity and Transparency with Workday and Deloitte

Discover how Deloitte and Workday have joined forces to create a powerful solution to help companies tackle pay equity: Pay Equity Insights

The EU Pay Transparency Directive is part of a global trend in greater pay transparency, with the aim of bolstering equal pay laws and reducing the gender pay gap. As well as introducing gender pay gap reporting across Europe for the first time, it places obligations on employers to be transparent with workers and candidates about pay and pay progression.

To help you navigate these regulations effectively, Deloitte and Workday have partnered to introduce Pay Equity Insights. Harnessing Deloitte's expertise in areas such as rewards, legal compliance, and HR management, alongside Workday's HCM platform, they provide tailored guidance for addressing pay equity issues, reporting gaps, and ensuring transparency. Pooling this together, the tool empowers companies to transparently address pay gaps, foster inclusivity, and navigate pay equity regulations with confidence. Hence, by leveraging this partnership, organizations can not only meet regulatory requirements but also implement meaningful changes to promote fair pay practices in their organization.
